Shipping policy

UK Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) after receiving your order.

We use Royal Mail services and orders can take up to 14 days for delivery in some instances.

We offer free 2nd class postage as standard, there is the option to upgrade to 1st class at the checkout (£1.99)

International Shipping

We offer international shipping from £7.99. Delivery times and charges will vary between 8-20 days depending on the country.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. RC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number if applicable or opted in for an upgraded service.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@roddyclips.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
